Free on every order. To every serviceable PIN code in India. No minimum, no surcharge. The price on the product page is the price you pay. Taxes included.
International shipping isn’t open yet. Leave us your email to be notified when it is.
Delivery & tracking
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00pm IST ship the same working day; later orders ship the next.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, expect three working days to metros and tier-1 cities, a day or two longer for tier-2 and tier-3, and up to a week for remote PIN codes.
Tracking
Live tracking appears in your account the moment the courier collects your order. A link is also sent by email and SMS. If you haven’t received tracking within 48 hours, write to care@byplatonic.com with your order number. We’ll resend.
Cash on Delivery
Available across most serviceable PIN codes. The option appears at checkout when your address qualifies. Please keep the exact amount ready. Couriers may not carry change.
If something goes wrong
We pack carefully, but accidents happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or wrong, write to care@byplatonic.com within seven days of delivery with your order number, a photograph, and a short note. A replacement goes out at no charge. No return shipping needed unless we ask.
Returns, cancellations & refunds
Opened bottles
Opened bottles are yours alone. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on bottles that have been opened, sprayed, or used.
Cancellations
Cancel from your account before dispatch, or write to care@byplatonic.com. Already in transit? Refuse delivery and we’ll refund on receipt.
Refunds
Initiated within three working days of approval. The amount reflects in your original payment method 5–7 working days later, depending on your bank. COD refunds go via UPI or bank transfer.
